我国产业链现代化的测度研究

摘要: 当前,全球产业链正在加速调整和重塑,我国产业链的安全和稳定面临着重大挑战,提升产业链现代化水平将是未来一段时间内我国经济发展中的重点任务之一。为定量研究我国产业链现代化问题,监测我国产业链现代化水平、区域差异和动态演变,本文在科学界定产业链现代化内涵和特征的基础上,构建了由产业链基础、产业链数字化、产业链创新、产业链韧性、产业链协同和产业链可持续等6个维度组成的指标体系,进一步利用熵值法、Dagum基尼系数、Kernel密度估计函数和空间Markov链的方法对我国产业链现代化水平展开统计监测。研究发现:我国产业链现代化水平总体呈现上升趋势,产业链韧性和产业链可持续性有待提高;东部地区的产业链现代化水平明显高于中部和西部地区,产业链现代化水平区域差异主要来源于区域间差异,并且区域差异有扩大的趋势。本文丰富了产业链现代化的相关理论研究,科学测度了我国产业链现代化水平,为我国产业链现代化发展提供参考。

Abstract: Global industrial chains are undergoing accelerated adjustment and transformation, and the security and stability of China’s industrial chain faces major challenges. Improvement of modernization level of industrial chains is an important strategic task in China’s economic development. To study the industrial chain modernization in China quantitatively, and monitor its modernization level, regional differences, and dynamic evolution, this paper scientifically defines the connotation and characteristics of industrial chain modernization and builds a measurement system of industrial chain modernization index in the dimensions of the basis, digitization, innovation, resilience, coordination and sustainability of industrial chains. Further, this paper uses the entropy method, Dagum Gini Coefficient, kernel density estimation function, and spatial Markov chain method to measure the level of industrial chain modernization in China for statistical monitoring. It is found that the level of industrial chain modernization in China is improving, but the development level is not high; the resilience and sustainability of industrial chains are to be improved; the level of industrial chain modernization in the eastern region is significantly higher than that in the central regions and western regions, and the regional differences have a tendency to expand. The findings of this paper enrich the theoretic studies on the modernization of industrial chains, scientifically measure the modernization level of the industrial chain in China, and provide a reference for decision making to improve the level of industrial chain modernization.
